Registration, Class Fees, and Policies

Please read the information on class fees and policies before registering for classes at Hiromi T'ai Chi (HTC). To register at other locations, please go to Locations and register directly.

Class Fees

Group Practice:  Free if you are taking a class. $10 for those who don’t take a class but have finished a course in the past. No new instruction will be given.

* $10 for the instructor's transportation fee is included for classes conducted outside of the dojo.

Cancellation fee:  Half of the fee will be charged if the cancellation call is made less than 24 hours before the appointment.


Policies

Class size policy:  Classes will be held with minimum number of 4 students.

Payment policy:  In order for us to keep offering the reasonable class fees, please keep track of your payment and the due date. All fees are due in advance.

New students:  Please send a check and registration form before the classes start to Hiromi T’ai Chi, #110 Michie Building, 609 E. Market St., Charlottesville, VA 22902

Continuing students:  It is the student’s responsibility to make sure the fee is paid before current class ends. HTC will email a notice in advance.

Refund:  Refund course fee minus a $25 registration fee and $16/class attended up to the 3rd week of class. After three classes are held, no refunds are given.

To register for classes:
  • Download and print out a registration form.   [PDF format]
  • Complete the registration form.
  • Make checks payable to "Hiromi T’ai Chi".
  • Mail the form with payment to:
