Cancellation Policy
Class schedules are subject to change and/or cancellation without notice due to insufficient participant levels or inclement weather conditions.
If classes are cancelled by Hiromi T’ai Chi, all fees paid by participants will be refunded in full.
If a student misses a class, h e/she can take a class in the same week as the calendar shows but no make-up class will be added. If the instructor misses a class, a make-up class will be scheduled at the end of the session class.
In the event you do not continue taking classes, you will be refunded your course fee minus a $25 registration fee and $15/class attended up to the 3rd week of class. No refunds are given after 3 classes are held.
Inclement Weather Conditions
When Charlottesville Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, all morning programs will be canceled. For evening programs, call 244-0999 by 3:00 p.m.
Up to 2 canceled classes will be made up at the end of the session class.
